As the Frontend Lead on the Cora Music project, a subsidiary of STIM, I was responsible for overseeing the development of a SaaS-application built for licensing real music for use on YouTube. The app was built using the latest technologies, including React in combination with Next.js, Tailwind, Sentry, Blade, Vercel, Git, and more. The goal was to create a software experience that was easy to use and accessible to millions of people globally.
My role involved making technical decisions, implementing best practices and ensuring that the development process ran smoothly. I stayed current with the latest technologies, trends and best practices in the field of frontend development.
I was also responsible for ensuring that the codebase was maintainable, scalable and performant. I leveraged my expertise in React, Next.js and other technologies to build a high-performance application that could handle a large number of users.
I am passionate about creating user-friendly and accessible software, and through this project, I was able to deliver a product that was easy to use, performant and scalable. I developed a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities of building software for a global audience and the importance of user experience.
