As an Instructor and Lead Developer at </salt>, I was responsible for teaching, coaching, and managing a team of Junior Full Stack Software Developers. I covered a wide range of topics including Node.js, HTML, CSS, React, JavaScript, Git, and more. As one of the first hires at </salt>, I played a key role in the company's growth and development.
When I joined the company, it was a small startup with just a few employees. But by the time I left, we had expanded to three countries and grown to over 100 employees. During my time, I grew rapidly in my field and took on a variety of responsibilities, including serving as the Lead Developer on all in-house projects.
In addition to my technical responsibilities, I also served as an instructor, teaching full stack javascript, helping teams navigate difficult situations, and delivering lectures to the company. My goal was to empower Junior Developers to achieve success and grow in their careers. I mentored more than 30 teams consisting of over 200 developers during my time at </salt>, and learned a great deal about what it takes to lead and manage a successful team.
I was passionate about technology and enjoyed sharing my knowledge and experience with others. I believed that my role as an Instructor and Lead Developer was not only about teaching technical skills but also about mentoring and guiding Junior Developers to become successful professionals in the industry. I learned valuable skills in managing and mentoring a large and diverse group of developers and gained a deep understanding of the dynamics that drive a successful development team.
